Hello!
Our mixers and syrups are good for 24 months if unopened and stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 8 weeks. If you can't use it up in time, we recommend freezing the liquid into an ice cube tray-- the mixer ice cubes can be stored indefinitely in the freezer and are perfect portion sizes!
